At the end of each year our Innate Team takes an annual day dedicated to planning forward together.

You could guess that our day was full of great conversation, laughs and stories. And you would be right!

It is such a privilege to be part of a team that raises each others vibe!

But the absolute gold of our day was creating space to discover why we we care deeply about helping others care for their vitalistic health, and designing ways to continue to build on our strengths.

Here is what we dreamed for 2022:
