Dry Brushing: A New Practice to Boost Detox.

It’s exactly what it sounds like—the process of brushing the skin with a firm bristled brush.

This practice provides the benefits of:

  • Exfoliation

  • Circulatory and Lymphatic Support

  • Stimulate the Nervous System

  • Energising Self Care

Take the detoxifying benefits further, some people pair dry brushing with a warm epsom salt bath or apple cider vinegar soak.


Try it yourself:

  • Use the brush on its own OR put a bit of body oil on the brush.

  • Start at your feet and brush upward toward the heart.

  • Use firm, small strokes upward, or work in a circular motion.

  • When you start on your arms, begin at the hands and work upward.

  • For the stomach, work in a clockwise direction.

  • And voilà—happy dry brushing!
